Simple visit the web-site of Ministere Du Procureur General and go to Section on Avant de deposer une demande a la Cour des petites creances.

It'll tell you everything you need to know!

Cheers!

Needless to say, that was a non-answer. No respect for you.

What did I do?

You know, if I've done something wrong - let me know. I am new to this but I thought it was ok once registered, to respond to a post. I'm not claiming to be an expert, but clearly, I felt bad that T_Hip's question was responded to in a manner that reflected poorly on the forum, and on Americans. I was trying to be nice and helpful, I guess. People who aren't familiar with the forums - mostly those that are just checking it out to get a one-time only answer can't expected to be perfect in all aspects of it and may mistakenly post to the wrong one. I don't see how it helps to ridicule them, that's all.

I apologize if I over-stepped my boundaries with you all.

U.S. Law ONLY.

If you think that we are all SO smart as to know not only US Law, but Canadian law also, then thanks for the compliment.

If you think that the law doesn't change from one political boundary to the next, you are sadly mistaken.
