Barb it appears that you put what would be your problem into a subject line, SO if you would care to use the reply feature and provide more information perhaps some one here can offer ideas or a solution to you.

Why were the locks changed after the gas leak? Was the complex evacuated while the gas company checked for the source of the leak and, in order to do the search, the gas company was provided with keys to all of the units?

Were locks changed for security reasons?

Were tenants provided with new keys for the new locks?

Have you asked management whatever question it is you have before you came here looking for answers?

You will have to post here. The forum volunteers do not accept emails.

Posting for the first time can be a challenge but you seem to be getting the hang of it. Don't try to use the quote feature. Just do not click on "post reply" until you have finished writing out your legal concern in the message box.
