Why were the locks changed after the gas leak? Was the complex evacuated while the gas company checked for the source of the leak and, in order to do the search, the gas company was provided with keys to all of the units?

Were locks changed for security reasons?no

Were tenants provided with new keys for the new locks?no

Have you asked management whatever question it is you have before you came here looking for answers?yes. I will post the never ending battle I'm involved with it's my moms restaurant

Are you speaking of a commercial complex and commercial tenants rather than an apartment complex and rental unit tenants?

Were the police involved because of the reported gas leak?

What does your mom's restaurant have to do with this? Was grease from the restaurant considered a possible source of the problem in the complex?

What is the current issue?

Sorry for all of the questions. I know you are still trying to get used to responding to posts. :)

I'm sorry but forum volunteers respond to questions asked on the forum and not on Facebook. You/your mother should probably seek legal assistance in your area.

Good luck, Barbara.
