Landlord changed locks day after a gas leak was detected in our complex source of leak was never determined

I have a video of him with the cops I'm her son David he said I am not on the lease so my mom had to sign power of attorney. Which he said is a breach of lease she would uhld not stop crying

Were you/your mom the only commercial tenant locked out of your business?

Who broke the windows to get in? You or the police?

Italian restaurant The whole thing. HE SAYS!!!!!!!! HIS REASON FOR LEASE TERMAN IS GREESE I.N SEWER WE PAYED A PLUMBER 18 YEARS AGO TO INSTALL. Xxx TOWNSHIP. DID 3 INSPECTIONS A RUF A FLO AND A FINAL. WHEN LANDLORD NOTIFIE D BUILDING DEP IT WAS. BACKWARDS. . Grose neg

Cops were with me I called them I have 5 police reports after he locked us out
We took a 1500 sc. Foot building 1800 years ago. Now we have 6000sc feet at a dollar a sc. Foot. Wort with our kitchen 2 or 3 hundred 000. With my moms conditions I would of taken less like 150 our book was ready to buy Jesse. Now. He is the one trying to sign the lease. Then took his key back the day I remembered. My sister was on th he lease

The cc. Is worth 350. 4 now we have a 15year lease. And my mom is very very I'll parkins. And a broken. Hip. She can barely walk.

Let's see if I have this correct. A gas leak was reported in the commercial complex but the gas company could not find the source of the leak. The locks were changed by the property owner on the doors of the establishments in the complex (or just on your mom's restaurant?) after the gas company inspected the property.

Your mom's lease was terminated because the landlord claimed there was grease in the sewer. After your mom was locked out, she called the police who stood by while she broke into the restaurant.

Is this right?

Are you concerned that this was an illegal eviction and/or lease termination?

Or were you trying to sell the restaurant/find someone to take over the lease?

I am still confused. :)

My mom is very I'll. It was a good run I wanted her to leave on a positive note after 75 years of great people and ch ood

Or were you trying to sell the restaurant/find someone to take over the lease? Are catering hall is booked gjr 8 or 9 months out. I booked a comedy night for grand reopening
