What is the name of your state? Ohio
I have been living in a rental house for about 6 months the problem is that the landlord forgot to mention several issues regarding the place when i signed the lease. #1 Severe mold in bathroom under paneling. #2 squirrel problem in the rafters. #3 three houses on one well and pump. #4 leaking water from unknown source. #5 told me gas budget was $80 at the highest but has been $300 due to no insulation, very poorly sealed windows, and a furnace thats about 80 years old. #6 faulty wireing. #7 pipes leak and have been supposedly fixed.
I have mentioned all of the above to the LL and nothing has been done. All these problems have been known about by them for a long time (the neighbors use to live here). So can i get out of my lease? If i can do i get my SD back? Or what? Please help in any way possible.
Thank You
