My sister, mother and myself live in this apartment complex in differnt apartments, and just here recently on the 6th of June I signed my lease. She hasn't given me a copy of the lease and was not in her office for 2 days afterwards when I started to move in and my sister called the answering service to the propert management company to see if there was a reason For her not being there for my cousin who is a occupant in my apartment to sign some papers. The manager left the key to my apartment taped to my mothers door and cornered my sister the next day and told her that "She wasn't not going to be run out of this place, She was the manager." Goes on like this untill last night when my sister and her fiance where helping me move into my apt, the manager put a tag on her truck to have it towed for it being in the red zone, I understand this and she does too but, she hasn't placed them on the three other vehicles parked there everynight since I have signed my lease. She told my sister this morning when she went to ask her and about this and inquired why the other cars didn't have one and she said it was non of her business and that if she wanted to she could kick my sister and her son out in 72 hours that again she was the manager and that my 13 month old nephew was not allowed to stay the night with me anymore! That she rented this apartment (mine) to 2 adults and the only people allowed to stay is 2 adults and 1 child, wouldn't my nephew be a child? I would definaly think so. Can she do that? I would like any help as to who to call or e-mail any websites that would help into finding out how long my sister would have if she does evict her for calling the main property place and if she has any right to send the nasty noted left on her door by the landlord? Sorry so long a little upset. Thanks
