As I revue my CR I am a bit confused,

May 1, 2001 filed for BK
May 11, 2001 Court granted Automatic Stay
May 20, 2001 personally mailed copy of Stay to creditors

June 13, 2001"Meeting of Creditors"

Aug 13, 2001 BK granted by court

I paid all my bills right up to the BK filing on May1, this included bills due May 15. Bank One shows me as late pay for June. After mailing the Stays I watched to see if anymore bills came in and they did not, took this as proof that they all had received their Stay. Can Bank One show me as late in June even tho a stay had been issued? Can they show me as late up until the date of actual discharge?

Does it make a difference to have a 30 day late on an included in bankruptcy account?

Have you tried disputing it with the CRA's? When I disputed some accounts that were included, they did change the days late on the account as well.

Joshua has a point. The balance on the account should now say ZERO and 'included in bankruptcy'. Unfortunately, the account HISTORY can stay on your credit report for the full 7 year reporting period.

I agree with Joshua, try disputing it with the credit bureaus, you may get lucky.
