Rights in regards to what? Are you wanting him to support you once you have divorced?

in regards to marraige someone from another country

what I would like to know is .. does he loose his green card after the divorce and does have to leave the country .. and yes as far as support goes is liable for anything since we have no children together ?how does property get divided .. he purchased a car for me in April and the car is only in his name , and I would like to know if I would be able to keep the car ?
thank you for any advice

No his GC does not get taken away just because you divorce. Just like divorce does not nullify the Financial Affidavit you signed when you sponsored his Immigration to the US. You are hold to that for 10 years. As to the rest, this is all decided during the divorce. You will probably split the property and car etc..
