I have 69 acres of farmland in a rural area. It has a mortgage. I want to know if it is possible to lease this land to different people, for monthly fees payable to the me and not to the bank who has the mortgage.

**A: yes, you can provided the lender allows it and you are current with your mortgage payments and there is no assignments of rents clause in your mortgage. And also such leasing arrangements conform to all building and codes, and applicable laws.
