 What is the name of your state? Ohio Son was in wreck few days ago. Police suspected it was alcohol related, but could not test. Thier testing kits were out of date. He had to go to hospital directly to be cared for . Question is..Shouldn't they had the hospital to run a blood alcohol test? They new he was just in another accident earlier on same road, which he had been the result of hitting someone else. The other people came in to report it, becuase he left the sean. What may..if anything come from that? What is the name of your state? Ohio

Did they charge him with DUI? If so get a lawyer and make sure he knows about the testing kit problem.

He's probably in enough other hot water (leaving the scene) to warrant a lawyer anyhow.
