If my fiance to be has to send a lawyers letter to a member of my family in the Uk, in order to stop the gossip that is trying to ruin mine and his reputation would this prevent him from being able to enter the UK from the USA and inhibit him in anyway from being able to come and see me? Every my family member has said carries no weight and is lies told completely out of spite. She has been warned by my lawyer twice to stop doing this.

He has moved to the US, why should he care what is being said. As long as he contines to care and shows it, she will continue. Let it go, forget about it and move on with your lives..

He is the US citizen and i am the British Citizen and i will be remaining here until we get the K1 Visa processed :)

Well, you have to return home to the UK to finish the process. They are a few things that you need to do and collect. Also, do not know what visa you are on, but do not let it expire.
