What is the name of your state?Ma.
The more I research my issues with my mortgage, the more frustrated I get. When I was speaking with my HUD counselor he said this was way over his head and said I need to have an attorney experienced with lender liability. I asked him when does a mortgage become so flawed as to be null and void.He said that may very well be the case with my loan as it appears to have been so negligently serviced. I asked if I would then have to obtain another mortgage, which of course with our financial/credit problems right now would be impossible, and he said no the loan is just written off. Has anyone ever heard of this? I never heard of a mortgage just being written off.
Anyway thanks for opinions.
