What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania.
I am not sure whether this type of thing should be on this forum or contract law forum, but I lent money to a friend (we are no longer friends) and she agreed she would pay it back. But now since we are no longer friends, she refuses to pay it back. I have proof of the conversation that it was agreed that it was to be paid back. Would I be able to get the money back in court?

No one can say for sure. However, if you have proof, it is more in your favor. Go to small claims court and sue this "friend." If you win, she will have to pay for the court costs as well.

Just a thought...

Before you sue, send her a letter certified mail return receipt. State that persuant to the conversation on [date], you are asking to be repayed. Include the terms of repayment, when it is due, and consequences should she decide not to pay. After that date, if she has not paid, sue.
