sell

If you email me I will explain what is happening and what your options are.
You own the house but you are not responsible for the mortgage. You should sell-- who is the lender?

What do you mean by that? Is this person not knowledgeable? Also, I posted on the Bankruptcy one like you suggested. I have only received one response from a "ladynred" who states she is not a bankruptcy lawyer but it does show she is a senior member - is that like you are? Is that the only response I will get? Thanks.

The other poster was trying to sell you something.

That poster has had his attempted ads deleted from this site before.

You need a BK lawyer; that's the only good advice you can get.
