list EVERY cc in BK?

I have serveral credit cards I want to list in my chapter 7 bankruptcy, but one I want to keep if possible.

Every card fell horribly behind after being laid-off except for one--my Best Buy card; it's payments have always been manageable (<$50/mo).

This may sound odd, but if I don't list that card can I keep it? I realize I'd have to keep the debt too.

I bought my mom a DVD player for Christmas on it and I'd hate to have to take it from her or have it taken.

You only asked one question and the answer is NO. If you have a balance on the card, you must declare it. Cards with $0 balance don't have to be declared.

Besides, even if you didn't list it, BB/Household WILL cancel the card the first time they do an account review of your credit and see the bankruptcy. You'll end up with useless plastic anyway.
