Loan modification

I am In Texas. I filed chapter 13 then was advised to convert to chapter 7 since Bank agreed to modification. Also I only had to pay the conversion fee and if I stayed in 13 I would have other fees for modification. Anyways now I am in a chapter 7 but my bank wants court approval 1)a Motion to Modify the Mortgage Loan (Motion to Incur) and of course now my lawyer wants yet more money. Which I do not have. They told me I would not have this fee and now I do. Does anyone know what form I would file or how to get it so I can do this myself and avoid more fees.
