I have situation were I think and been told that my two boy's mother is doing drugs. Shes very whitty with the law and real knows how to work the system. I need some guidance on strategic underground proof. Like I said, shes really good with the legal system and would turn things around and make me look like the drug user. Help me catch her red handed. How can i do that?

more creative?

You have got to be kidding.

In order for anything to happen in court, you have to be able to prove your assertions. Trying to find "creative, low cost" options is not going to get you anywhere and waste what money you have.

It doesn't sound to me like you have your childrens(child's) best interests at heart?

If mom is on drugs, then any amount of money is worth it to make sure your children are safe and well cared for.

You need proof in court. A PI as previously suggested- or police reports of arrests, documents or proof of rehab etc. Drug allegations are common in custody battles- and 1/2 the time they are false.

What is strange, is you say she would turn things around and 'make you look' like the drug user  Ummm....how could she do that? If you are not a drug user, then she can't prove you are- because you are not. If she accuses you, you can always drug test to prove you do not do drugs. Don't count on the court ordering drug testing for her though, unless you can prove she has a history using drugs.
