What is the name of your state? California
My lawyer promised me a whole lot and has shown me nothing. I like a dummy did not listen to what I was told on this site last time and found a lawyer who said he could transfer my case to CA. Along with that he was going to modify it to help me out. I paid him 750.00 went to court twice and have nothing to show for it. Is there any way to get my money back and were can I report him. If I can, for failing to do what he promised.
This time I promise to take your advise.

The thing people don't seem to understand is that there are no guarantees when it comes to legal proceedings. So a lawyer who promises you a result is one to steer clear of.
