I had some documentation that my child's medical records and such have always came to my address when we had our hearing, although I forgot some documents that will help me this time. I am still working on obtaining a few things- I know this will help my case.

Good. But that is also evidence that you lied to the school knowingly.

My attorney and or the judge should/will inform me of this if relevant. I am moving pass the point that we all know. I kept my child's address at previous address where I lived (grandparents) And have then moved, I kept her at same address so she can go to the same school.

In your opinion it is with you. At this point dad has temp custody. And DR court is not a criminal court. They may not care but you can still face charges if dad or grandma make it an issue. All it will take is one complaint about what you are doing and your toast. There would be enough evidence to prove fraud. Just because your friends got away with it doesn't mean it was NOT a crime.

In my opinion and every one else that knows my child has lived with me. I do have my witnesses that will be in next hearing.
He and his mother can lie and say that my child lived with her when he was out of state for a few years, I'm hoping that under oath and being in front of me- she will state the truth.

(like I said- I am moving pass the 'fraud' issue)
