What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I am Danish citizen. I have lived in the US for 32 years - almost all my life. I have a Greencard since a very long time. It is "valid" till 2024.

In May of 2016 I went to Danmark to help my sick mother.

Shortly after I met a guy and we want to get married.

We are now in Hamburg, Germany.

I am pregnant, expecting in May.

We decided that we want to live in the US, FL.

I have healthcare here in Germany through my boyfriend, so I want to get the baby here.

What should I do to not let the Greencard expire? I was told that I can not be out of the US for more then a year.

Should I fly to the US for a quick trip, just a few days?

I asked the embassy, but the only told me that I could file something and it would be $580. But they did not really explain anything.

Also, later should we get married where were are (Hamburg) or in the US?

Thanks for your help

Anna
