As of 11PM last night there were still heavy rain predictions for cental and eastern PA and flash flood warnings.

We are still at home and his dad never contacted me to acknowledge he got any of my messages. So I'll just have to wait and see.

My brother and his friend went to try and serve him for my 10/7 hearing, but he wasn't home. And they went the time my son should have been dropped off.

I hope your brother and friend don't live near you. If they do, you're going to have a problem - the roads were good enough for them to try to serve Dad, but not good enough for visitation?

So... you can serve him but not bring his children?

I live 180 miles away in MD with my son. I used to live in Philadelphia, where all of my immediate family still live. SO my Dad, Mom and 2 brothers still live in Philadelphia and only about 6 miles away form NCP.

I can understand how it looks like that, but all I can say is that's not the case. I had first planned to drop son off and have a friend there to serve him. I knew that my expedited listing didn't mean I could say I didn't have to send him. It wasn't until roads were being closed and reports were calling for more flooding Thursday into Friday that i realized that it may not be a good idea to make the trip.

Not going actually fudged up my 'set up'. I am actually upset that I didn't drop him off because, now I probably have to pay a personal server to get him served. He's hard to pin down. It would have worked out a lot better for me if I did drop him off because I would know for sure where he was and get him served.

I know that you seniors have heard just about everything and I can understand the cynicism. I've posting here long enough to know that it's pointless to lie or bend the truth to favor me because you guys/gals are like bloodhounds and can sniff the bull$ out in a heartbeat I promise, that is a compliment.

It still appears to be a set up quite frankly. So if your entire immediate family lives in Philly you could have went out earlier, stayed with them, dropped off the child and stayed there until you picked up the child. Those issues matter.
