What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

I work at a hospital and we are being forced to go home low census without pay, or exhaust our paid time off benefits by management. I have worked at this hospital for twenty years (seniority) and we have a union. My supervisor is not going by seniority when she sends or calls people to stay home but is doing it according to a list of completed low census hours. She is also letting some people make up their lost low census hours on Saturdays, etc, but not others. Shoudn't this be done according to our collective bargaining agreement based on seniority, not according to her favortism? I have called my union rep and he e-mailed the hospital but there has been no response as of yet, and meanwhile, I am losing wages while others are not. Please help.

this is strictly a union issue and all the answers are based on the specifics of your contract. If you are aggrieved and there is no actions being taken to address it, you will likely have to file a grievance through your union.
