What is the name of your state?New Mexico

Will someone please tell me where I can find the state laws regarding DUI of marijuana. I need to know the legal limit, possible fines, etc. I have searched far and wide on the internet but I can't find anything about this. My friend took a test 2 days after he was arrested and here are the results.

11-Nor-9-Carboxy-Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol- 13 ng/ml through GCMS method.

Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol- 2 ng/ml through GCMS method.

These were both blood tests. Thanks for any help.

A caveat with regard to acceptable levels ... at least in some states.

There may NOT be a prescribed level that determines intoxication a the state level. Very often this is the practice of an individual jursidiction or court. Some might not prosecute on a particular concentration while others might.
