My fiance currently lives in Florida and im currently living in Australia.

We have looked at a petition to take me to the USA on a fiance visa but it looks like the back log is around 6 months. We dont want to wait that long.

I was wondering the fastest way for US to start living together and get married.

Is it possible for me to get a Holiday visa here in Aus then get married to my fiance when i arrive in Florida then applying for a permanent resident visa in the USA?

are there any other possible options for me to get there as soon as posible so i can marry my fiance?

That would be illegal

It is illegal if you come to the US on a visitor or tourist visa with the intention of marrying a US citizen. You would have to prove that you had no intention of marrying anyone. How to prove this, I don't know, and the CIS would heavily scrutinize your adjustment of status application.
The most hassle free and least risky way would be the K-1 visa. Your fiance could always go to Australia to visit you. I waited 7 months for my fiance to come to the U.S.
In my experience it is best to stay on the good side of the USCIS and the IRS.

in the context of immigration, 6 months is not a long time at all...but if your fiancee is willing to travel to australia to marry you and file for your immigration while there, direct consular filing is available. there is alot of dcf info on the internet.

What dalsh said. If the USC can travel to Australia, all the paperwork can be filed and completed in one day. You must marry first, and have all your medical, police check etc gathered. There is the extra travel expense, but there are no AOS fees if you follow this Immigrant Visa path.

"Not wanting to wait that long" is not a valid excuse for violating US immigration laws. If it was, there would be no such things as Fiance or Spouse Visas.
