Florida question: I have a 4 year old daugther; I was never married to the mother. Paternity has been established as well as a child support order and shared parental responsibilty agreement. I am current in all financial obligtions and am following the provisions of the SPR agreement. I am getting married to someone in October and I need some advice. The mother of my daughter is the type of person that will react badly to my marriage and will try to make all the trouble she can. My questions include a) should my fiance keep her money in a separate account from mine to protect it from being used as a basis to increase my support obligation? b) Can any of the assetts that my fiance and myself accumulate before or after our marriage used as a basis to force my support obligation to be increased? c) Finally can the mother of my daugther use the fact I'm marriage to suddenly deny me the ability to keep my daughter overnight at my apartment?
Thanks for any help in these matters.
