What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?

My roomate brought over his wife from Viet Nam after he recieved his cictizneship. They now have three children, all born in the US. They have been in the process of divorce since Nov. Papers actually got filed in March or April. She took her testing in June and passsed and is now waiting for her swearing in.

My question is, is her citizenship in any danger because of the divorce proceedings? Plus, does being the mother of three children that are US citizens by their birth, help assure her citizenshipz?

If she filed based on marriage to a USC (3 year wait instead of 5) then she must be married to and living with her USC spouse all the way through her swearing in.
Otherwise, stop, wait until the 5 years as PR are up and reapply.
