Also do anyone know if I need a AL. SIN # to get married there or can I us my canadian one or my canadian passport to get married there.Also I am divorced. Of course you have to get divorced before your fiance eveen APPLIES for a visa, otherwise you will both be committing visa fraud and that's a crime.

I have no idea about divorce rules for various states; there is a forum on this website for it where you might check..
To file the I-129f, I believe you BOTH must be 'free to marry'. That includes him submitting a copy of any final divorce decree (decree absolut, not nisi in UK). You might clarify with your divorce attorney 'when' exactly you are free to marry.
