i had recently grabbed a couple of mcchickens to munch on and as i started chewing on one of the bites I crunched on a bone. i am not only lucky that my 3500 dollar braces were not broken too bad i was able to cough up the mouthful of food i choked on. last i checked those type of sandwiches do not have bones in them. is mcdonald's responsible for having food prepared properly? even though i did not sustain any lasting injuries am i entitled to anything or should i just be glad i didn't choke to death and be on my merry way?
