In order not to commit fraud, everything must be verified. Illegal aliens can do this very easily by obtaining a "Stated Income" form from the INS who will be happy to provide the illegal alien with such a form. Furthermore, they will even provide any transportation to take the illegal alien for any and all other necessary things needed for medical and welfare benefits.

Here's the thing, Brett. I'll admit that I haven't a clue what the wage limits are for welfare programs in CA. But we all know why you're asking - you want to "get" your kid's mother. Fine. To do that, you're going to have to be able to PROVE the numbers you're tossing around. If you can't do that, the rest of the conversation is totally moot.

I'm not out to "get" anyone FYI. I was asking a question. I don't really understand how the system works and am trying to get a better grasp of it. Im not sure if it is for sure my child yet but I was curious how the woman was filing for aid when she is making 10 buck an hour @ 40 hours a week and she is also doing nails and hair on the side. Supposing or not I can prove this in court I know of a few people who she has told she makes this money besides myself, But that's besides the point. I realize actually proving something like that I court would be next to impossible. So your saying the ins will show her the form, tell her how much she has to make to get support and then tell her to fill out the paper work that's crazy..Its like they are saying ya we know u make money but we don't care take ours. were are just going to take someone else's. Don't you think they would check up into it at all? or is going at me just that much easier for them. It seams to me they are encouraging the illegal to Comit fraud but then again i don't really understand the law well.

FYI: Immigrants 65 or older that move to the U.S are suppose to have to wait 5 yrs. , that's 5 yrs, before they can collect Social Security ( for what entitles them to it , you got me ), but most times they start collecting in 1 yr. or less.
