What is the name of your state? Tennessee I have about $ 4000 in medical bills from another state in which I used to live in. Had no choice either do it or die. My insurance paid over 200,000 . I have paid it down with interst. The 4 grand is what is left. They tell me now that I cant pay there extreme payments that I signed a paper saying I would pay this . Well I think we all will sign somthing if it means staying alive. Anyhow this is the co pay that is left. Well things have changed now like all things in life does and can not afford a extra payment. Nothing has happened yet but has been turned over to collections. I am assuming judgments , lein on home is next. I think I know the routine. Now what I need to know is what is a judgement never had one before. Is there interest on this till its paid ? The lein thing on home. Is there interest on this Till it gets paid ? I know about garnish wages but there is not enough to garnish so I wont worry about that. I have no assest but this house I owe to much on. I need to know everything about jugments and leins on homes. Can somoene help me this way. I am not lookin for a way out nor am I lookin for the right direction I am just lookin to know what judments and leins on homes and if there is interest on this till its paid. Also when they send that letter before all this happens can you pay then do I have that option. Thanks.
