What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
Hello everyone.
It seems a simple question, so I hope someone can provide an answer to my question.

I am required by court order to provide medical coverage for my children, which I do.

However, in the last few years, my ex had subsequent children, and since there was no additional cost, our children were added to his medical policy.

My question is: Is he required to disclose his medical insurance info to me, as I am required to do to him?

Thanks!

Probably not, but he would be silly not to disclose it as his insurance would be secondary to yours and therefore it would save both of you money in unreimbursed medical expenses.
