What is the name of your state? WA

The Seattle Local Office requires me to file the I-693 Medical Exam when submitting my I-485/I-130 package.
I found a list of the civil surgeons in our area and would like to ask you this -
are the prices for the procedure pretty much the same with every one of them listed there or do they vary?

Also, what is the approximate cost of this visit?

Thanks for no help anyway. I was asking in hopes people that went through that could share some information

Your best bet is to make a few calls and ask to see how much each one will charge. I have found that they charge around $200.00 per person, and slightly cheaper for kids. My advice to you is to make sure you have all of you vaccinations and other prerequisites done by your own doctor first. When you go to the civil surgeon, you can show him your health records and it will be that much less he needs to charge you extra for. Go to the BCIS website and look up the medical requirements and take it from there.
