I am 27 now but my father died when I was 13 years old and I didn't recieve any notification from my stepmother. I called the house to speak with my father and she always hung up on me. I found out in may that my father had died in febuary. I have suffered and had to take medications for the truama of not knowing when my father died and not being able to say goodbye. I just recently found out where he was buried. Can I sue my stepmother for Mental Cruelity

I have to admit that I do not understand the timing.. you are 27 but it happened when you were 13 ?
