Metal rebar stakes on property line

My evil old man neighbor keeps putting metal rebar stakes all along our property line, I've spoken with him and he agreed it was dangerous and said he only did it so my mowers didn't go in his yard. I come out the next morning and he's planting a row of trees along the property line, they were far enough back that I didn't complain. This year I've been mowing my own yard and haven't really had an issue until today, I come outside and the stakes are back and he's spray painted the stakes orange and spray painted the telephone box pole orange also. This was my telephone pole that he "believes is on the line". Its an odd place for a fence but if that's what it takes I'll do it. I feel so bullied and disrespected so I feel your pain!

This thread was created for Badneighbor2 from a post he tacked onto an old thread pulled from the archives. It isn't clear from his post whether he has a legal concern of his own that he hopes to have addressed or whether he was just reviving an old thread to make a comment. I sort of suspect the latter.
