What is the name of your state? ny
i have a ny state comp claim as i lived in ny and had the injury at the job, i did relocate to nc and i have to see the ny docs every few months as my lawyer says nc will not pick up the ny state claim so i need to stick with the ny docs, so i,m going back to ny its 500 miles away how does comp pay me for my mileage , 500 miles there and 500 miles back seem quite a bit i have to call my lawyert on this but any responses will be of great help, comp know i have relocated to nc , as i moved here 3 months ago and my ny comp has been going on since 2003 do they pay me for this far travel thanks

I am surprised that the WC insurance people did not find you doctor's in NC.
I moved from Florida to SC and my insurance company found me doctor's here to go to.
My attorney is in Florida as that is where the injury occurred, but all my doctor's are now here.
I am sure they can change it for you.

no its different in ny, lawyer says nc will not take a ny comp claim i have to stay with the ny docs its the mileage part i dont know about thanks anyway
