Yea his commander was highly upset. said he had already had a conversation with my ex about it bc his command also got a copy of the order from CSE (for obvious reasons). He said that he had told my ex that he had to pay it and even told him that he needed to pay july and august out of his check on the first bc they wouldn't be able to get the allotment started until september. His commander just reasured me that I would have my check by the middle of next week. :D

Ouch! That must have hurt, for you to have to call after they had already had a talk with him, I'll bet he wasn't a happy camper, no Time in the brigg?

I guess his commander had talked to him back in july when they first got the court order. So he has had almost a month to take care of this as he was ordered to by the court and his command. His CO didn't tell me what he was going to do to him just that I could expect my check to hit raleigh by the beginning of next week and in my mail box by the middle of next week. :D So i said thank you very much. I wasn't trying to get him in trouble I just want him to pay his support as ordered, and the CO agreed with me that he should have done that willingly. So i dont know what is going to happen to him
