Sir, respectfully I have some not so good news about HR 662. It has been before the 106TH, 107Th and 108TH Congess and from what I learned today it does not look favorable. I am hoping to speak with Mr. Ringle's assistant sometime on the 09TH. I will share with the Forum my findings. Thank you for your kind reponse to my earlier reply to your posting on this; and yes, I will click on the link you provided to directly communicate with you Sir!

CELAW, Sir, respectfully, please forgive me for not sharing my many thank in your countless hours and in sharing the hopes of "Federal Expungments." And thank you for providing the Viet Nam Veterans of America Info, and the Honorable Congressman Patrick J. Tiberi from Central Ohio_s 12th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. I am curious, do you carry bad paper also? If so, maybe I can shed some light your way!

I am not sure what you mean by bad papers? I have an honorable discharge, but I do have a criminal record in the NCIS if that answers your question. But anyway, please shed some light & let me know what you got. And yes, the chances for the “Second Chance for Ex-Offenders Act” does not look good, but it is all we have to fight for. The reason is many straight as an arrow citizen have a “there just a bunch of convicts’ attitude. I am glad the good Lord didn’t follow that same philosophy!
