What is the name of your state? florida
hi, my son's father is in the air force. he has not received all of his pay for the past 2 months. he has not paid child support this month. is there a way to hold the military liable for not paying him? i do have a court order that states he is supposed to be paying through allotments. after messing up his papers to where he was going to get out early, they cut off the allotments. thanks for any advice you can give me.

I don't understand....they cut off the allotments but the money is still coming out of his pay? Has he been to payroll and talk to them about the problem?

The answer to the only question you asked is No, you cannot sue the Military for messing up his pay. Ultimately, it's his responsibility to make the support payments, with or without an allotment.

You can't sue the Military for messing up his pay.
If there was a mistake with his pay, it will eventually be corrected and he'll get the money back. Somtimes you have to be patient with these thing's.
If it's an emergency situation, and the money can't wait? Ask him to file for a Mutual Assistace loan?

Did he get in some kind of trouble in the military? Maybe he has been fined.

If you're not getting your child support, go to CSE...as soon as the AF fixes his pay, you'll get your money. If that doesn't work, go to his first sergeant....that is what a first sergeant does...takes care of screw ups. Until he is released from the military the first sergeant can be your best friend!
