any 'possible litigation' would require a finding that the producers of the 'show' knew or had reason to know that they were filiming in an area where the individual's right to privacy trumps their right to report.

Since, in your own words, your child was captured on tape '... walking across the driveway to the front door of our home' that is not considered a private place.

You have nothing, as you have been repeated told. But please, feel free to hire some shyster to take thousands of your money and waste your time.
