What is the name of your state? CA,

about 7 years ago I received a DUI in California, I had 2 previous ones in my early 20's several years prior. Since that was my 2nd within a 7 year span I was given weekend work which I served and a 1 year DUI program. I went to several classes in CA, however was transferred out of state shortly after beginning the classes. I enroled in the new state NV,
however did not attend the classes for one reason or another.

Here I am 6 years later with this problem still unresolved and no valid Drivers License. I need to get this taken care of but have been afraid to find out the consequences of my actions.

Is it possible to enroll in the classes with the courts referral.
Can I get someone in CA to re-instate me w/o going back to CA for court and or jail time?

Is there an attorney out there in CA or here in NV that can help me with this process to get things cleared up?

Thank you.

You may soon be able to obtain a valid drivers license in California by making up a name and claiming to be an illegal or extraterrestrial alien .

No way, Jose.
