OK, Florida. Nothing written on the ticket matters at all in court. It's not admissible either by you or the state (the police officer). The police officer will testify to what he observed. He can testify to what he heard you say. You're free to offer your own testimony of what you said. I suspect with a radar and visual observation, he won't even mention your statement.
You admit to speeding. If you don't feel comfortable with a ticket. Don't speed. Even at the speed limit you though was in effect, you were still guilty. It's up to you to be percetive enough to know what the prima facie safe speed is. That's fair reason to write you a ticket in itself.
