What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ma

I had a court date that was scheduled yesterday July 1, 2009 because I was disputing that I did not owe any child support. Unfornately, I thought today was the day and my dispute was already dismissed. I currently have all the documentation for that proves I am not in arrears. Can anyone tell me how I can refile a petition to get in front of the judge again?

You could file a motion for reconsideration of the dismissal based on the fact that you got the days mixed up. You would also need to request that the judge reschedule the hearing at the same time. You could get lucky.
