I got a texting while driving ticket in Tennessee.I forgot about, and missed my court date which was a week ago. Will they issue an arrest warrant. Will I end up in jail for this?

You should call the court and ask to reschedule or go to court and pay the ticket - otherwise, yes, a failure to appear warrant could be issued.
