MJ Grower with kids

Hello,
Very Concerned to find out my sister and her boyfirend are growing pot in their condo. She says they only have about 50 plants. I am concerned because they have two toddlers, my nephews! If they get busted, what will happen to the boys during and after an arrest? Could they have me take care of them?
Also, would they qualify possibly for a drug diversion program as it would be their first offence?

50 plants is a major growing operation, not for personal use. Their kids will get taken from them if they get caught by CPS. Major growers do not get diversion.
