first of all, you need to stop adding a new thread for every single question. Many of the questions deal with the same subject.

Has dad filed for termination of child support for the other children?

What is the child support order?
and not some vague rendition. what exactly does it say?

Well, the first thing dad needs to do is to google for an online child support calculator for the applicable state and to run some numbers to see how much he would have to pay for the one child. Depending on how old the CS orders are, and depending on how much dad's income has increased since the orders were first written, it might not be in dad's best interest to try to change anything now.

Obviously there has been no modification of CS for at least 3 years, which could indicate that there has been no modification for alot longer.

I already linked OP to the exact calculator that MO uses. It's a quick d/l to excel and it's a complete form that is suitable for submission to the courts.

I somehow think OP isn't interested in doing anything except bitching and practicing that ultra special myspace style typing.
