my sister-in-law has a 2 yr. old and a 7 month old. she is a working single mom. she wants to get her 7 month old back from the dads parents. there are no legal papers claiming they have legal custody of the baby. they wont let her take him from their house. if she wants to see him she goes to their house, and they watch her every move. they accuse her of doing drugs and being unfit. she has full custody of her 2 yr. old. they have different fathers.
please help! she feels like she will never get her son back!

without legal custody,the grandparents have no right to keep the mother from getting her child.if need be get the police over there to get the child.if the gp's refuse,they can be arrested for custodial interference.

She got a job and they said they wanted to keep him while she was working. they live 15 min. outside of town from where she lives and she has no car. she just got in the habit of leaving him out there overnight since she had to be right back at work the next day. well, they got attached really fast to say the least and now she's afraid to stand up for herself and get her baby back.

yes he does. but,he doesnt have a job and he doesnt take care of the baby his parents do. No they havent had a paternity test done.
