Money Owed

myself and two partners sold our maine distribution business to a large national company,that i am currently employed with.in consideration for signing a non-compete contract i was to be paid $11,500. i've never received the money and the company says it was paid.how can i collect this money from the company and/or my partners?

Ask the company to provide some proof of payment (cancelled check, etc.), then take a look at the check and see if someone (who?) might have received payment.

Then take appropriate action to recover your money.
