Thank you all for your help. I called Child Support and requested a copy of the letter for intercepts for income taxes. And my ex told me she did get her income tax check. My ex works for a week or two then quits and she has another daughter which she got pregnent with after she lost custody of our daughter. So she qualifys for the lower income tax bracket. Child Support said they are putting in a request for the copy of the letter and for me to call them back next week. And my attorney that handled us going to court to get custody of my daughter has asked for a copy of the 1st Child Support agreement, contempt of court order letter and the revised agreement. I do not know if he is capable of doing anything.

The stepmother is married to the biological father who has physical custody of the child. Assets, monies or anything of the like acquired during the course of the marriage, would be considered marital assets. With this being said, indirectly the father is financially supporting his child through funds obtained during the marriage by his wife-thus the reason he is not a deadbeat.

Hats off to this young man and his wife. As to the biological mother, she should be held to the same standards as deadbeat fathers.
