Mother is adding info into agreement that is not there

I understand that we both have been doing it wrong all this time. But where do I start now, mom first said the 12-5 was here weekend so our daughter was taken there and when she got there she stated it wasn't here weekend so my wife left her with mom so daughter would not be upset. Maybe I should go all the way back to 2005 when the order started and mark from there her weekend my weekend up to now and then I will do the calender thing and I'll have to hand her a copy because she has no mailing address.
