A motor vehicle is defined separately from "other equipment." Or, do you really think you stand a chance in heck of convincing a judge that your car or truck is NOT a "motor vehicle" subject to licensing when on a public roadway.

no, its not, my company car (considered business equipment) is a motor vehicle

No matter what anyone tells you, you will have an answer that you feel is the correct one, so why are you asking anything? I think you just like to argue.

You have your own view of the world, so why don't you just go with that and be done with it?

Yep. Try it. Do not register the car, get that war chest together, and give i a go!

Be sure you have all the money for fines and assessments set aside.

look, i have given you the case law on the issue, what are you afraid of?

as you know, not administering justice is contempt of court, correct?

The oath of office of a judge shall be taken in a form that is substantially similar to the following:

“I, (name), do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Ohio, will administer justice without respect to persons, and will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all of the duties incumbent upon me as (name of office) according to the best of my ability and understanding. [This I do as I shall answer unto God.]”

If you read the Michigan codes you will know what to do. If you choose to keep misinterpreting state and federal statutes, you are free to give it a run.

Do you have the stones to act on this belief and NOT register your "equipment?" If so, please keep us appraised of your court case when you get caught.

The information that you posted is correct (you simply cited a statute) however, your interpretation/understanding of it is what is severely twisted!

thank you, for agreeing with facts of this information, it is pretty easy to understand?

do you have any factual evidence the case law posted is twisted or is that your arbitrary opinion?

"I can lead a horse to water but I can't make it drink"... So what would be the point of me even beginning to research the topic matter?

I do suggest that you save that question for when you're standing before the judge/jury attempting to justify your idiosyncrasy!

You gotta promise that when the laughter stops in that courtroom, you'll come back and tell us how it went... ;)

maybe in the interest of justice (Just Us), isnt that why we post here?

isnt the better question not my standing, but that of the state?

The information that is correct is the statute you posted. ie: You didn't distort or otherwise change the information.
What is not correct is your interpretation.
